The room was comfortable and clean, and the surrounding area was tidy. Staff were really friendly, too. I didn't use the pool, but that area looked excellent. A very good hotel in a central location.

The rooms were super clean, and housekeeping clearly cares about both the cleanliness and your stay. There are a few places to eat nearby, too. Big thanks to everyone on staff for making my week pleasant. Arianna, Nat, and the rest of the crew at the front desk were top notch with customer service, and the welcoming smiles really stood out. Highly recommend this place for the staff.

The convenient location helped a lot. It’s only a few minutes from the airport, near restaurants, downtown, and major tourist attractions, and there’s free parking, internet, coffee available 24 hours, and complimentary breakfast. The breakfast had plenty of hot and cold choices, including freshly prepared hot food, cereals, seasonal fruit, and juices. Staff were nice and the customer service was great. The renovation work did affect comfort during our stay. Construction blocked some first and second floor areas, and there was dust in the hallways. There’s no elevator to the second floor, which is awkward with luggage or a wheelchair. With the hallways closed off, the only way to reach the first floor gym was through the pool area. We could hear traffic from the main road, and the room’s air-conditioning unit made steady noise at night. We had a good experience overall, but be aware of the renovations.

The courtyard and pool were so peaceful, and the beds were comfortable. The building was clean and well maintained, and the staff were wonderful. Definitely recommend this as a great place to stay.
