The hotel is in a great spot and could be so much better, but our stay was a letdown. For the price and area, I expected more care for basic guest needs. We had only two towels and no soap. The bathroom was the worst part: every shower left water all over the floor, until it looked like a pool. We had to ask for a mop. Better upkeep and attention to essentials could make this a much better stay, but it fell short for us.

The location was amazing, and the staff were great. Our original room was far smaller than the website led us to expect, so we paid a reasonable fee to upgrade. We were told the air conditioning would be fixed the next day, and it was, so that worked out. Still, two maintenance problems in three nights was concerning, especially when the ceiling started leaking. The WiFi being down was the biggest frustration, and we ended up working from coffee shops. I'd recommend the place and might stay again, but it's affordable for a reason.

We arrived late from Orlando and had an issue with the room's comfort for me, but Wilson's team sorted it out right away. Wilson was a great host, and the location is excellent. Ricon Plaza Hotel is a good low-key place to stay in PR. The beach is about a 7-minute walk away, and I'd definitely come back.

We stayed here on two weekends in a row in February, first in a nice third-floor room with a balcony, then in a convenient first-floor family room with friends. It's a little noisy, though we were warned about that. Restaurants, the Plaza, and the beach are all within walking distance. Hope to come back and stay at the same hotel.

A cute little boutique hotel right in downtown Rincon. The staff were welcoming and friendly when we arrived, and I'd happily stay here again.
