As a licensed travel agent, I'm disgusted by this place. The listing, from the photos to the amenities and location, was false. The villa was extremely dirty, with stained towels and bedding, and smelled of mildew and cat urine. My client upgraded to the “beachside villa,” but the beach and golf course were each a 30-minute drive away. After more than 48 hours of trying to reach someone associated with the property, the manager “Mark” or “Chris” finally answered, then hung up without helping. Unacceptable, and it feels like a scam. Do not book.
