Everything in the unit was in great shape, from the towels to the super-clean rooms and comfortable beds. The location was perfect, with all the things you might want within walking distance. I only gave it two stars because the neighbor next door seemed to deliberately wake us at 5 am with a rooster and a dog that barked constantly. We barely slept on vacation. During the day, the neighbor sat or stood on his front lawn watching people come and go. It felt creepy and uncomfortable.

It's cozy, fully furnished, and in a great location. But they didn't mention the cockroach infestation.

Good value for the money, and the street is quiet. Having a parking space is a real plus in Condado. There's a supermarket, barbershop, restaurants, Walgreens, and more nearby.

The property has its own parking, and everything you need is close by. Hotels, restaurants, bars, and the beach are all nearby, with the beach just two blocks away. Excellent location.
