The main lobby has beautiful art, including Ricky Martin, Bad bunny, and Marc Anthony. There's unlimited water, a coffee maker, and air conditioning. I stayed in the Marc Anthony room, which was just right for me traveling solo. The housekeepers were kind, and Jorge would check whether it was okay for them to come clean and change the sheets and towels. I was looking for an Airbnb or hotel to surprise my familia back home, booked a ticket on Saturday, and found Casa Ciana on Booking and TikTok at the last minute. The reviews were right, 10/10. Before I arrived, I talked with Jorge because I had questions about booking so late. He was so kind and reassured me I'd be comfortable and welcomed with open arms. I told my friends, family, and other people that if they want to come home, Casa Ciana is where home is in Puerto Rico! ❤️ Thanks again. P.S. Casa Ciana wine is 10/10!!!!!

La Placita is close by, so it was easy to enjoy the nightlife and local feel. Getting to Condado Beach, Isla Verde, and Old San Juan was convenient too. The place was comfortable, clean, well kept, and thoughtfully set up. It had everything I needed and was easy to settle into and relax in. The hosts were especially attentive and considerate throughout the stay. You could tell they cared about guests having a good experience. I had a great stay at Casa Ciana and would recommend it. A solid choice for comfort, access to key spots, and hosts who go the extra mile. I'd definitely come back.

Booked at the last minute for a quick one-night stay, and it was perfect. The room and whole property were spotless, and the rooms are soundproof and extremely cozy. It's about a 15-minute walk to the beach and even closer to spots like La placita. I've worked in hospitality for over 20 years and used to live in Puerto Rico, so Casa Ciana gets five stars from me straight away. If you like smooth, hassle-free remote check-in, this is the place. Absolutely recommend it for the future. Thank you, Jorge!

Staying in a local neighborhood made the experience feel special and authentic. The area was peaceful and quiet, but still close to main streets, restaurants, and attractions. Casa Ciana was spotless, nicely designed, and the service was very attentive. I loved my stay, would happily return, and highly recommend it.

We didn't need a large space since we were mostly there to sleep, but whenever we had a question or concern, we got an immediate answer. Fresh coffee and bottled water were available daily, and the place was very clean and quiet. The location was one of the best parts. Across the street was a tiny local bar and eatery with local cousins! The next block to the right had a bakery across a marshals, and there was a food truck park down the street. So much was within walking distance. We stayed at Casa Ciana on a recent trip without doing much research first, and it turned into an amazing stay. Great location, we'd stay again!
