The bedrooms were a strong point, with lots of beds, good linens, and quality mattresses. The A/C was excellent, the living room and TVs worked, and the kitchen was tidy, though the oven didn’t. Bathrooms were good, but a few had low water pressure. Getting in and out took some effort, though the neighborhood is behind a secured gate. The rooftop basketball court was usable. I wouldn’t return because too many things fell short for the price. The outdoor kitchen didn’t work, and its full propane tanks had no safety valve, so gas was flowing out unattached. The pool was cloudy and looked uncleaned for weeks, with no chemicals added, so we never used the amenity we paid for. The hot tub was ice cold, and managers or owners falsely described it as pool temperature; its heater near the pool utilities wasn’t working. The rooftop seating area was filthy when we arrived, with cushions scattered and trash around. The main stairway had a loose wooden step over concrete and felt dangerous, while the back stairs were dusty, gross concrete. Most doors were fine, but the front exterior locks were loose, and the porch doors by the gym and hallway stuck. For a large group needing many beds and good A/C, it might work, but don’t count on using the other amenities. The drawbacks outweighed the good parts.
