Daniel was our favorite. He was informative about nearby activities and places to eat, and great to chat with. The rest of the staff were kind and attentive too. The rooms were very clean and had plenty of amenities, and we had a great experience from check-in through check-out. I’d recommend staying here on a trip to San Juan.

The rooftop bar had great drinks and amazing city views. We stayed two nights and would definitely return. The rooms were great and very clean, and the staff were attentive and friendly. The front desk is staffed 24 hours. The location is right in the middle of Old San Juan, within walking distance of all the major sites, bars, restaurants, and shops.

Daniel at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful. We had a very nice stay and would come back. Our room was clean, spacious, and very nice, while restaurants and shops were easy to reach on foot from this central location.

I really felt like I was in Old San Juan here. The historic building gives the place a quirky charm, and the room was spacious, clean, and had the usual hotel amenities. There’s someone at the entrance desk around the clock, and they’re a good source of local information. The hotel and room were quite dark, though, and could use more lights.

Old San Juan is easy to explore from this location. You can walk around, and Ubers are readily available if the hilly streets are too much. The rooftop bar was wonderful, especially for a passionfruit mojito.
