The rooms weren't cleaned carefully, and we arrived to find there was no running water on our first night. It didn't come back until 9 the next morning, and we didn't even get an apology. I'd avoid this place. I spent a week trying to reach them about a late check-in through email, messages, and WhatsApp, with no luck. You can get better value somewhere else.

There wasn't even a TV set up in the room. The only one I saw had been put away in the closet, and the photos online didn't match what we actually got. The room wasn't completely clean, either. The shower faucet was hard to use, and getting hot water took some figuring out. The air conditioning made noise, didn't work right, and dropped things onto the bed and shower. On our first night, the power went out just in our room, while everyone else still had electricity. We couldn't find anyone to help, and spent the night without power. The check-in timing was rough, too: if your flight arrives early, you have to wait until about 3 p.m. to get in, but checkout is at 11 a.m. I saw a family waiting with their luggage from early morning until 3. I don't think you can pay to get the room sooner. And the upstairs steps are so steep that one bad step could make you fall.

We got one small bed with only one set of bedding for a family of three, even though the listing showed two beds. The toilet didn't work, and there was no hot water in the shower. There were giant cockroaches, other bugs, and lizards in the room, too. Cleaning was charged during booking, but when we asked for service, they wanted another $30 per day. They also charged extra for clean towels. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The room had a dirty shower, and the front door wouldn't lock from outside. Turning on the hot water made the power go out. There was nowhere to plug in the microwave or coffee maker, and I couldn't see the microwave in the apartment photos online. I was also told I could park inside, but the driveway was blocked almost all the time.
