In the heart of San Juan, this hotel is reasonably priced and has useful extras: free parking, though spots are limited, plus a complimentary water dispenser, microwave, beach towels, and sunscreen. On check-in day, they send an access code so you can go straight into your room. Wi-Fi was fast and stable. The room wasn’t especially big, but it was clean and well maintained, and the shower worked perfectly. I’d recommend it to travelers trying to keep costs down.

The customer service was great, and the stay exceeded what I expected. I’ll definitely come back.
