This is a nice place in the heart of Hato Rey, within one of the island's oldest and best hospitals. It's a short walk from the hospital and close to the major shopping malls.

The power outage happened the week we stayed, in April 2025. This wasn't our original accommodation, but we chose it because we were repeatedly told it had power. I understand the outage wasn't their fault, but when I asked for a discount, the woman ignored the question. Once the lights came on the next day, we saw how dirty the place was, especially the bathroom, and there were stains across all the floors. Someone came to clean the bathroom and replace the bedding, but it was still very dirty. Having to pay for parking every time we came and went was a hassle, and it was inconvenient to go inside the hospital. The hospital security staff were very rude to me because we were dressed for the beach, where we were going. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
It felt comfortable and clean, almost like being at home, and it's a really nice option when your loved ones are in the hospital. The support was poor when something went wrong, though. Our internet went down, I called to report it, and by the time we checked out, nobody had fixed it.
A great place to stay if you need to be at this hospital.
I've stayed here three times and recommend villas 101 and 102. It's clean, organized, and comfortable, and a good option if you're away from home while a family member is in the hospital.
