Comfort Inn & Suites Levittown

We really appreciated the friendly, welcoming service and the location with its great views. The hotel is nice, the service is good, and our room was cleaned daily. The downside was the noise: loud events on the 6th floor can go until midnight, and there’s very little sound insulation. They said they’re working on it. It seems like a great place for a party, but only so-so if you want a quiet, relaxing stay, especially on the 5th floor. If we’d known how many events they hold here, we might have booked somewhere else.

This spot is convenient but a little calmer, and it’s still only a short drive to San Juan. There’s a coffee shop across the street and a restaurant nearby if you don’t want to drive. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our clean room came with fresh towels each day. There’s a safe for valuables. One tip: keep the bathroom door closed if you don’t want the room to get freezing cold. It helps keep the temperature more consistent.

I felt completely violated and disrespected, and I’m never coming back. A housekeeper stole my $200 baby bliss hair straightener, and the General Manager is “off” and couldn’t help. I just got the run around about a resolution. The location was okay, and the rooms were neither the best nor the worst, so I’d been fine with the stay until this happened. Beware, you’ve been warned.

We liked everything else, but the noise was a problem. The hotel has a beautiful ocean view, though the beach is extremely dirty. It’s right beside a busy road, and the traffic noise is very loud.
