The terrace is lovely and cosy, even in the evening, and you can also book meeting rooms here. It's a great guesthouse with clean rooms, good food, and friendly people. It also makes a very suitable base for trips to Jerusalem, Bethlehem, or even the Dead Sea.

Such a pleasure staying here. It's very clean and welcoming, with simple food that was really good. The rooms are modest but relaxing, and the place sits in a peaceful corner of Beit-Gala. Hope I can come back 🌺

There are spacious facilities, with several rooms and courtyards filled with trees and flowers. Among the pine trees and birds, it feels like a peaceful oasis, and the staff are excellent.

I stayed here for Christmas 2018, and the staff offered each guest a glass of sparkling wine. The place feels a world apart from the motels and hotels in Bethlehem, Bet Jala, and Bet Sahour. It's a German guesthouse alongside a school and kindergarten, surrounded by tall pine trees that keep things quietly hushed, until the children staying with you break the silence. The cleanliness, order, interior design, and finish stand out from nearby hotels. Breakfast is included and has a great selection: hot drinks, cold meats, cheeses, pickles, Foul Medammas, hummus, falafel, Za’tar with olive oil, jam, honey, halva, pita, and sesame bagels. The hot drinks buffet includes cappuccino from a machine in the kitchen, just ask the staff. You can also serve yourself anise drink (Arak), local and foreign beers, and red or white wines from the nearby Cremisan monastery. The bed and linen were comfortable. The ceiling air conditioning was a bit weak when we needed to warm the room. The ceilings are higher than usual, which can be a drawback in cold weather and an advantage in summer. I'd like to visit in summer too. The location makes it easy to get through Bethlehem's crowded transport and return within minutes of Jerusalem's main transport routes.
