The rooftop view was lovely, and having a kitchen with utensils, cereal, and fruit was really handy. We also had water and coffee in the room, plus air conditioning, a bathroom, and a bedroom that were nearly clean. The hostel is cute and right in the Old Town, less than a five-minute walk from the beach. We stayed three days and loved it, a 10/10 for us. There was a washing machine and dryer available too.
The room was basic, but the bathroom was nice, and I have no real complaints. It’s well placed for walking around the old town, restaurants, and nightlife, though it could get noisy in the busy season. Parking is over 500m away, so expect to haul your bags through town.
The owner was so kind and checked that I had what I needed. My room was really clean, and the kitchen had everything in it. I had a great stay and would come back next time I’m in Albufeira.
The kitchen is a good option if, like me, you’re not keen on tourist food. In my opinion, Albufeira’s restaurants aren’t that good and are expensive. The place was very clean and right in the center of Albufeira, about five minutes from the seaside. If you’re looking for good accommodation, I think this is one of the best choices.
The hotel was clean and nice. Check-in is handled by the Ale-hop staff, and there’s a small luggage storage area outside. It’s an easy place to stay if you’re able to get around on foot.
