Andre, a restaurant waiter, was especially helpful. Any request we had about dinner for our baby was taken care of without a fuss. The reservations manager also arranged a happy birthday card for our little one, who turned one while we were away. We travelled as a couple with our one year old and stayed for a week in September. The staff were friendly and accommodating from start to finish. Our room was beautiful and cleaned daily, the facilities were spotless, and the views were amazing. I can’t think of a bad thing about the stay. We’ve booked again for May 2026.

The spacious apartments have nature-inspired décor and a distinctive feel. We had lots of delicious breakfasts and dinners at the top quality restaurants. The gardens were immaculate, and the sea views and beach were beautiful. Staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Thanks to everyone for a wonderful family holiday. We stayed for a family wedding, and it turned out to be a perfect base for it. The hotel sits above a fantastic beach in a beautiful setting. Our apartment was very spacious and thoughtfully laid out. Amazing place.

The family friendly touches made travelling with kids easy, and the staff were warm and attentive from the moment we arrived. We loved our stay at the newly opened 3HB Falésia Beach Hotel. It’s beautifully designed, with lovely views and a fantastic beachfront spot. A great blend of comfort, style and hospitality. Highly recommend.

We stayed five nights in July 2025 with our three kids and loved it. It felt calm, clean and exclusive, with lovely gardens and amazing beach views. The staff were always smiling, friendly and helpful, and looked after us from the moment we arrived. Great for families with kids of any age. We’ll definitely return.
