Água-Viva by Umbral

We were welcomed by the friendliest host at this apartment hotel. The room is on the small side, but had what we needed for a short stay. There's a roomy patio or balcony for relaxing, sunbathing, smoking or having a drink. A small kitchenette is backed up by a larger shared cooking area upstairs. Parking off the street is free and feels safe, and the nicest little beach is about a four-minute walk away. I'd definitely return.

Cristina, the owner, and the staff were wonderful, always helpful with anything we asked. The place was quiet and felt safe at night, with the New Town a few minutes away and the Old Town about a 20-minute walk, or a few euros by Uber. The beautiful main beach is a three-minute walk, and the pool on site was just right. We spent 10 days at Agua Viva recently. The room suited my partner and me perfectly: very clean, modern and equipped with everything we needed. We hadn't expected a balcony, so that was a nice extra. Great value, and an ideal spot for a mix of relaxing and social time. Couldn't recommend it more, 10/10 without doubt.

Cristina deserves a special thank you. She's one of the best people we've ever met, always ready to help with anything, and easy to talk to about everything. Our room was clean and lovely, with a big balcony, and we were really happy with both the room and the service. The accommodation was just perfect for us, and we hope to return to this beautiful place.

Cristina was so kind and gave us all the tips we needed. The location is great, just a few steps from a small, beautiful and peaceful beach. Our room was exactly what we needed, and we had a perfect stay.
