The toilet in our Bellavista Tenis Clube apartment was broken for all 10 days. Engineers came several times, but it was never fixed, so we had to flush it ourselves with 5-litre water bottles. It was unhygienic and a huge inconvenience. We sent photos and videos showing the problem, but management was dismissive and unprofessional. We spoke directly with Andree and shared all the evidence, yet our concerns still weren't taken seriously. The smell and stress ruined the holiday, and the apartment was not fit for guests. We paid for a comfortable stay and were left with unacceptable conditions and no working toilet. The owner is renting out a place that clearly hasn't been properly maintained. This kind of negligence shouldn't be allowed. Avoid it if you expect basic things to work.

My parents' 12-day holiday was ruined by a toilet that barely flushed. Toilet paper and poop kept clogging it, and the whole house stank for all 12 days. We paid for an apartment and got this. Never again, don't waste your money. The owner lives in Belgium, and if something goes wrong, you're left to deal with it yourself. The maintenance people the owner uses are no good and don't fix anything. We had to keep explaining that things STILL don't work, in the same loop every day. Do. NOT. Use. This. Apartment.

Right in the city centre, close to everything, and so calm that we didn't need a car. We'd definitely come back. Thank you.
