Cerro Atlantico Apartamentos

Stay away!! They took €40 from our €200 deposit, making excuses. When we arrived for a two-night stay, there was a broken bed. We told the receptionist, but they still deducted the money. The receptionist was rude, and they don't answer calls or messages. There's a number at the desk, but it doesn't work.

The apartment is big, the wifi is good, and the kitchen had everything we needed. But there was a cockroach 🪳, and it was very cold with no heaters. The boiler barely had enough hot water for one shower. Using the kettle and microwave made the lights go out throughout the apartment.

The apartment for four had two single beds and one single sofa bed, and they expected three adults to share the two beds. Reception staff were rude and unprofessional. They demanded more deposit money than the exact amount they'd messaged me beforehand, and only accepted cash, which is very unusual for a business. When I asked to speak to a manager, the staff said they wouldn't call one. Some of the worst management and customer service I've experienced in an apartment stay. I'd give zero stars, but one is the lowest option. Avoid this scammer at any cost.

For the price, it's great: very close to the sea and a shopping centre with a large supermarket. The apartment was bigger than we expected. The pool wasn't the cleanest, but clean enough to swim and relax in for a while. There were some issues, including a bathroom door that wouldn't lock and a bed that broke, but staff helped us straight away without any trouble. We had a great experience!
