The pool was a nice temperature, and the location worked well, within walking distance of both the strip and downtown. We had a pleasant family stay. The atmosphere was nice, though there was a bit of noise from the neighbours, which was all right. I'd recommend it for a family holiday or a group of friends.

We booked because tennis was advertised for an extra charge, but there was no tennis at the property. We had to travel across town to the local tennis club. Any place in Albuefira could make the same claim, since the apartment had no connection to the resort. Google Earth shows a court next door, but it belongs to the neighbouring resort and isn't open to non-guests. The apartment was awful, and everything felt so cheap that it wouldn't matter if a party smashed it up. From the second day, water leaked from the pool through the living room ceiling and into the kitchen. The handyman emptied water from the smoke alarm, smeared sealer over it, and left. It kept leaking for the rest of the week, and he'd periodically repeat the same fix without addressing the source. We haven't received any refund, despite asking after a couple of days, and Booking.com hasn't been much help either. The kitchen had very few utensils. The knives were blunt with bent tips, the kettle lid was broken and it didn't switch off automatically, and the toaster handle was broken. Everything was cheap, though they did replace the kettle when we complained. The website said there was a washing machine, but there wasn't one. The balcony or sun terrace was too narrow for a table and chairs like the ones in the pictures. The living room sofa was cheap and worn. In one bedroom the handle was bent, the beds had cheap wire frames and weren't comfortable, and the curtain rails weren't centered. There was underwear from the previous guest in a cupboard. The bathroom bin was broken and the flush stopped working. There were marks and dents on the walls, water damage at the bottom of door frames, and no help from the owner. The pool was good for the children, though it wasn't very big or heated. The waterline had algae, which you'd have to be okay with.

The apartments were well kept, and the staff who cleaned them were friendly. The apartments look lovely, but the pool is tiny compared with the picture. These should say they're not family friendly: they're for very young, noisy partygoers, so don't expect much sleep. That's why I gave two stars.

My family stayed here a couple of years ago, and we're still traumatized. When we arrived, some lads in an apartment directly opposite offered us drugs in front of the children. A couple of nights later, those same lads got into a fight while coked out, and one murdered the other by stabbing him repeatedly. The screams were horrendous and there was blood everywhere. It was covered in the news in April 2022, so it's easy to find. The poor lad who was murdered was left there for us all to see, with his wounds visible. The owner tried to pass it off as normal, blamed me for not calling the police sooner, and said nobody else had complained. The place clearly didn't feel safe, and I wanted to get my family out. Avoid it at all costs. It's the scene of a murder.
