The terrace was lovely, and the place fit 5 or 6 of us comfortably. We came for a weekend and loved it. It’s in town, but tucked onto a back street, so it’s quieter.

The host cancelled our accommodation at the last minute. Absolutely horrible, and I wouldn’t recommend booking this property.

The location is very central, but it couldn’t make up for the conditions inside. The room was so dim and cramped it felt like an underground bunker, with only a tiny window letting in almost no light. The bedroom was dreary, and you have to bend down to use the mirror or get ready in the bathroom. The sheets were dirty and stained when we arrived, and ants in the kitchen kept getting worse. Humidity was extreme. With the cold air conditioning on, we couldn’t sleep, but without it the humidity was unbearable. We got quite sick, and even the sheets felt damp. There was nobody on site to help. We had to keep calling, and the manager wasn’t always available. After two days, we left. He offered a hotel room as “compensation,” but at a pretty significant extra cost. We travel a lot, and this was by far the worst experience we’ve had.

Just steps from the city center, this is on a quiet street and easy to get into. Parking is trickier. I’d park at the very top of the street, but watch out, it’s really steep! I highly recommend the place.
