Green 104 - Dream Lodging

We had our own car, and the location worked well, near Albufeira’s new town. You can get to the old town by taxi, or maybe by bus, though I didn’t use one. The room itself was okay: the beds and bedding were fine, as were the table and chairs. There was a kitchen, but no kettle, so we had to boil water in a pot even though coffee and tea were provided. A broom, mop and clothes dryer were on the terrace, and we managed for the week, but I wouldn’t come back. I hadn’t realized when booking that the hotel was split between two companies. We’d rented from a private owner, so room cleaning wasn’t available. Reception told us the room was private property, not part of the hotel. The bathroom was in poor shape: the toilet water didn’t work properly, the curtain over the bath was awful, and there was no towel, just a mat. I hope it was washed after each guest, but I couldn’t know for sure.
