Jupiter Albufeira Hotel - Family & Fun - All Inclusive 24h

The hotel was spotless, from the rooms and shared spaces to the dining areas, and both restaurants served enjoyable meals with fantastic service. The dinner buffet had lots of choice, the drinks were great, and the bar staff worked hard. Our daughter is nearly six months old and too small for some of the facilities, but she loved the baby pool, which felt fine in the mid to high 20s weather. I also managed a few visits to the high quality Spa Circuit, a calm and relaxing place. We chose this for our first family holiday with her, and the hotel is about half an hour from the airport. They arranged an efficient transfer with a car seat, one less thing for us to bring. Check in was excellent: the gentleman helping us got us settled quickly. The cot in the room was a little big, but swapping it for a smaller one was no problem, which says a lot about the hotel’s family friendly approach. We’d love to come back someday, and I’d highly recommend it for a first family trip.

This hotel is clearly geared toward families, so it may not suit anyone after a quiet escape or romantic break. We had a wonderful stay with our two young children, and the staff were fantastic with us. The all inclusive food choice was brilliant. Room 906 was modern, clean, and very spacious, with a lovely view over the pool and sea. The outdoor pools were really cold until the afternoon because they aren’t heated. There is a lovely heated spa pool indoors that guests can pay to use, and children over four are allowed in. We’d happily stay again.

We were comfortable in a clean room, and the drinks were good. The buffet changed each night, which made meals more interesting, and the food was very good overall. Sunday dinner stood out for its oysters and seafood selection, while the Asian themed evening had surprisingly good sushi. The grill was the letdown, a bit overdone and tough. The gym was a real highlight for me, well equipped and one of the best hotel gyms I’ve used. The pool felt a little cold, especially later in the day, but it wasn't a big problem. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our six days. My family really enjoyed the stay, and we’d gladly return.

A huge thank you to everyone at Jupiter. My son hit his head in the bathroom about half an hour ago, and the whole team jumped in to help. They called an ambulance, which arrived in under 15 minutes. The hotel manager came straight to our room with the doctors and did everything she could to calm us down. Thankfully, everything is all good now. The place, staff, and service have been amazing. We’ll visit Jupiter again 1000%!
