The outdoor space and grounds are lovely, and the pool is great. Inside, though, things need some care. On arrival there was just one bin bag, with no tea, coffee or water. A welcome pack would have been appreciated, especially since we arrived after 11 at night.

A lovely villa with a beautiful terrace and pool, and all the gear you need to cater for yourself. Shops and restaurants are a 20-30 minute walk away, but that was fine for us.

There were cockroaches everywhere, and the place was very dirty, as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. It all needed updating, and the bedrooms and wardrobes smelled damp. We had to leave as soon as we could. There was nowhere else for us to stay, so we ended up going home. I would not recommend it.

A fantastic villa with a pool in a quiet area south of Albufiera old town. It has three en-suite bedrooms, plus a large kitchen and living area.
