Roca Belmonte Apartamentos

The receptionist was fine, and the stay was okay, but the cleaning was terrible. They didn't change our towels at all, even though we left them in the bathtub, and the sheets and towels were meant to be changed every two days. The beds weren't really made, just had the sheets straightened a little. The floor was left dirty with beach sand and food crumbs, so we had to sweep it ourselves. The cleaners left a lot to be desired. I'd recommend getting better ones.

The apartment was old and right at the bottom of the complex, so its location was really poor. Inside, the bath linen had holes, sockets had been ripped out and were dangerous, the air conditioning didn't work, and the ventilation was so noisy it could wake the dead. I have photos and videos to back this up, but can't upload them here. The hosts were unpleasant and dishonest about the accommodation, which we booked on Airbnb. I'm keeping this brief, but this is only 50% of what happened. Don't deal with the host Hugo, who I say scammed us by taking an extra 150€ under rules that don't exist. I still have proof to support that. My comment was also deleted from the site to protect this man's reputation.

Think twice before renting here. The apartments are badly equipped, the insulation is awful, and the cleaning staff are incompetent. The neighbors' dogs are very unpleasant, and the ban on donuts after 7 pm is a disgrace. I absolutely don't recommend the place.

The beds were comfortable, especially if you have a bad back, and service and cleaning were good. These are lovely hotel apartments in beautiful surroundings. There's no air conditioning, though you can borrow a fan for free, and Wi-Fi costs extra. The sun loungers weren't proper loungers, just suitable for sitting or lying on your back. Still, we'll definitely come again.
