Our ocean villa had everything we needed and was just right. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We arrived early before the room was ready, but I got a call within an hour to say I could check in. My flight was late on departure day, so I rang reception and was able to keep the room until 2 pm. From check-in to check-out, it was a brilliant stay.

The pool steps felt unsafe because they were quite loose. Some chairs sagged, and the sofa wasn’t comfortable; its position in relation to the TV didn’t make the room feel cosy either. Breakfast, which we added to our booking, could have offered more choice, and it would be nice if the scrambled eggs changed from day to day. The villa itself was beautiful and had plenty of amenities, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and washing machine. Otherwise, very good.

The room was huge and very clean, which made us comfortable, even though the interior design didn’t feel trendy. The private pool was cosy but still big enough. Communication was great, the location was great, and there are beautiful beaches around the hotel.

We paid extra for an Ocean Villa with its own pool, and it was great value. It had a lovely ocean view and was exceptionally clean, with all the facilities we needed: sun beds, a coffee maker, toaster, oven, fridge, freezer, pots and pans, hair dryer, and iron and board. There were two large double bedrooms with ensuites, plus another bathroom with a shower downstairs. A perfect spot for a short break with a group of older friends.
