Sunset Villa

The location was great, and the villa was amazing. Service and communication were both really good from start to finish.

We spent most of those sunny, very hot days at the pool or the nearby beach. There were nine of us, grandparents, parents and three children aged 7, 9 and 11, and the villa had plenty of room for everyone. It has five large en-suite bedrooms, a huge kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining for ten, a big pool and hot tub, plus a spacious games area with pool, table tennis and table football. The villa was very well equipped for cooking, and we could also walk to lots of restaurants and cafes with options to suit our different ages. We asked for sun umbrellas because of the heat and they arrived that same day, really good service. Everything was very clean and we had a lovely holiday. A big thumbs up from us!

It’s an ideal spot, about five minutes to a large supermarket and restaurants, then another five to the beach and bars. The house is spacious and well equipped, with a huge games room, big dining and seating areas, a large upstairs balcony and loads of sunbeds. We stayed in March and had the pool and hot tub heated, which was great, and both were spotless too. Getting in touch with the host was always easy. We had an amazing week, highly recommend it!

The terrace shared by two neighboring bedrooms was my favorite, the views were amazing. The villa itself is huge, and easily had enough space for our three families. The owners had two cots and two child beds ready for us, and let us leave our bags while we explored before check-in. The pool area and basement games room with ping pong and pool tables were big hits. Booking this at the last minute, about three or four weeks ahead, was really easy, especially after another villa let us down. We were glad that happened, or we’d have missed out on this lovely place. We’d definitely look you up again if we return to Portugal.
