Paolo made breakfast and dinner especially memorable, with a friendly hello each day, thoughtful service, and lovely chats. Antonio was also a great help whenever we needed anything, and took time at the end to ask what we thought of the resort. You could tell he really cared. The whole team went above and beyond. My sister and I felt relaxed throughout our September stay. The grounds looked even lovelier than the photos, the clean, beautiful apartments had a luxurious feel, and the peaceful pool came with a gorgeous sea view. There’s also a lovely beach about a 10-minute walk away. The restaurants were wonderful, and the mix of peaceful time and fun suited us perfectly. We highly recommend Masana and can’t wait to return to Portugal.

We loved the spotless, beautifully decorated villa, and spent plenty of time by the pool with delicious lunch options and really good cocktails. The whole team was ready to help with anything and made us feel wonderfully looked after. Mornings were a treat too, with tasty breakfasts, great coffee, and the friendliest smiles. Paolo remembered exactly what everyone liked, from cappuccinos and americanos to morning mimosas. What a legend! Thanks so much to Paolo, Brandon, Miguel, Angelo, and all the staff for making our trip so special. The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was so relaxing, and honestly we didn’t want to leave. We came home feeling completely recharged after our stay at Hotel Masana and the Tupuq Restaurant. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the other guests were very polite and respectful. Paolo, Miguel, and everyone else were so helpful, always willing to do whatever we asked. We felt pampered from start to finish. A fantastic time, and highly recommended.

We stayed six nights at Masana Algarve with our one-year-old and had a fantastic holiday. The sea views are all around, and the complex feels very luxurious. Breakfast was outstanding, served by a special team, with paolo and jorge showing real hospitality. We’d accidentally booked the wrong week and only spotted it the night before arriving. Antonio, the hotel manager, kindly moved our booking to the correct dates and saved our holiday. We’re very grateful, and would love to return.
