Villas Rocha

The location was decent, not right among the busy areas but not far from them either. We loved having so much space inside and out. The shared pool, used by just four or five villas, was very clean, and each villa had its own outdoor seating. Inside, the living room was large, the bedrooms were a decent size, everything was clean, and the kitchen had plenty of pans and tableware. For a property in this price range, though, we expected at least some water, coffee, tea, or paper towels so we could settle in without having to go to the grocery store within minutes of checking in. The master bedroom mattress wasn't great, but the other two rooms were fine.

We just spent our second three-month stay here, and would highly recommend it. The apartments are spacious and very comfortable, with quality beds and a great supply of bed linen and towels. The location is good too, with a nice stroll to the beach and lots of restaurants.

It’s easy to find and conveniently placed for the spots we’re planning to visit, especially around Albufeira. The place was beautifully clean and clearly looked after. The hostess greeted us with a warm smile, and even the kids gave it their approval, which is unusual for them. I’d recommend it to anyone considering a stay in the Algarve.

We had plenty of room for six, and the place was tidy with all the modern conveniences we needed. The pool was lovely, and Valentina was very polite and helpful. There’s a good pizzeria and shops nearby, though the main towns are about 20-30 minutes away by taxi, costing around 10-20 euros. One small letdown: there was no water in the fridge when we arrived, so we had to make a quick trip to the local shops for basics.
