The area is super quiet, a great place to rest. The view over the countryside is open and lovely, and the homes are recent, modern, and very comfortable. This condominium has both private owners and local rentals. There's a garage with a lift straight to the buildings. The beach isn't very close, though adults can walk the roughly 1 km; going by bike is more practical. There are also a tennis court, a pool, and a playground.

The pool is large, lit at night, and serviced several times a week, and there are free tennis and football facilities, a playground, and a big barbecue area for groups. The building is quieter in summer than the beach promenade, which is an eight-minute walk away. You can enter by code or remote control, and there’s an elevator from the underground garage to your apartment door. The complex is very well maintained, and management takes care of issues promptly, big or small. Highly recommended beyond holiday rentals, with lots of other amenities too.

The beach is about a 10-minute walk away. We had a fantastic holiday, and the apartment and residence were clean and secure. The large pool and tennis court feel completely screened off from the road.
