The room was filthy, full of hair and parasites, and the sheets and towels had already been used by the previous guest. The whole floor was dirty and smelled awful too. We’d been travelling for hours and were excited to arrive, but the experience was a complete letdown. The listing said there was free parking, which was a lie: there wasn’t even a parking space. I contacted the owner and got completely ignored. We had to leave at 11 pm and travel back home after all those hours on the road. It’s a total rip-off. They should shut it down, as they’ve probably done this to other people too.

The room was alright, but getting there with luggage wasn’t convenient because it’s at the top of a hill. I left early mainly because the bathroom was disgusting. It was unclean, full of hair and smelled damp, since it was in the basement. I’d stayed one night out of the three and was refunded for only one.
