The apartment was modern, spotless, and well equipped, and the staff provided excellent service. They even made us a breakfast box for our early flight, and breakfast itself was good. Parking felt secure and wifi was free. It's a handy location, about a five-minute walk from bars and cafes; some rooms have a great view over the valley toward the castle and old town. The main road can be noisy at night.

The location is good and the pool is nice. Breakfast looked continental in the picture, but what they served had limited choices. It was adequate, though.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was. The room was very clean, with a large, comfortable bed, and the bathroom was spotless. The heater worked well, and it was fairly quiet too. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and the team seemed committed to making the hotel a success. Service was excellent throughout. Breakfast exceeded all my expectations, and the whole stay went more than fine.

6/10
The staff did what they could in the circumstances, and the served breakfast was decent. It's probably one of the better hotels in Aljezure, but it no longer feels like a four-star place because it doesn't meet those requirements. It needs some updating.

The room was a nice size and very quiet. Staff were lovely and helpful, and the pool area was clean with a pleasant grassy spot nearby. I found the steps into the pool hard to manage at nearly 70 without help, so a handrail would be useful.
