The room was exceptionally clean, and the service was consistently great. They also give you useful information about places to visit and eat. The location was great, close to everything, and breakfast was chef's kiss. It deserves more stars than it had.

My room was literally huge, so I'm not sure why this is listed as a one-star hotel. The owners were very helpful and had lots of recommendations. Breakfast was lovely, with thoughtful details, and it's not a buffet. The location felt a bit iffy because there are lots of students living nearby, but just ask the owners and things get sorted. You're not right in Lisbon, but this side of the bay has plenty to offer too.

At first the area seemed a little untrustworthy, but it turned out to feel very Portuguese, with restaurants, cafés and shops nearby. We had two nice nights in lissabon, thanks in part to you. The room was nice, and we were given a bottle of wine, some water, and free fruit and coffee. Thanks for the warm welcome and all the tips and explanations about the area!

The room had everything we needed, and the hosts' hospitality was the highlight. They made us feel at home straight away and did all they could to make the stay enjoyable despite the covid restrictions. The location is convenient too, not far from the ferries, with lovely viewpoints nearby and lots of shops and restaurants close by. We'll definitely stay here again!

It was good value for money, clean, friendly, and thoughtful about the details. The atmosphere felt like a family. Shops and transport are close by. We had a good experience and look forward to coming back.
