The rooms have a good amount of space, and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is buffet style, though the choices are a little limited. Staff are generally helpful, and the historic part of town is just a short walk away.

The next morning, a friendly young man at reception made things much better. He let us have breakfast outside and even insisted on carrying it out himself. The night before, though, the manager wouldn't let us have dinner on the terrace, especially with no windows open. That felt unthinkable during covid times. The price was moderate, so the place wasn't too bad overall, but we ended up having a great meal elsewhere. There weren't many restaurants to choose from because of corona, though there were other places to eat.

Really enjoyed it. The Portuguese dishes were great, the prices fair, and the staff very nice.

A nice local place for typical Portuguese food, with dishes around €10. At lunch, the dish of the day costs a little less.

The portions are good and the prices reasonable. Lots of desserts to choose from, and the bacalao bras is delicious.
