Breakfast is excellent, with plenty of good buffet and à la carte options. The bistro has a varied menu and attentive service, and the sommelier-led wine tasting is a must for anyone who loves wine. A great choice for a refined, relaxing stay.

We left slowly, and the place came with us. The river had been flowing before we arrived and kept moving through town after we were gone, carrying its own quiet history.
