The outdoor areas were always very well cared for, and the house was kept very clean. D Inês welcomed us warmly and was available throughout the stay whenever we needed anything. The only company by the pool was our four-legged friend, who used to come by and brighten up the end of the day. A quality hotel with very good service.

Dna Inês and Dna Fátima always made me feel welcome, and they’re both very approachable. And of course, dear little Luna was there too! It’s a great base, with easy access to the nearby towns and villages, and a lovely place to clear your head while enjoying the Gerês scenery and nature. I recommend it!! 5 ⭐

Dona Inês and dona Fátima are wonderful people, always ready to help. They even gave us some passion fruit and blackberries from the farm! Luna is one of the calmest dogs around, always looking for a cuddle, and she gives the place a special feel. Such a lovely spot for anyone who enjoys the peace and quiet of nature. I’ll definitely come back ♥️
