The poolside lawn was a favorite, with plenty of room for the kids to play while we relaxed in the chairs and took in the view. We spent two nights at Quinta do Burgo, and the setting really is stunning. Even with our very late arrival, the owners sent videos to help us find our room. It was clean and pleasant, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic too, especially D. Aurora’s homemade cakes, which our son loved, and the local eggs. The whole team was lovely. This family-run place is very well cared for and made a great countryside break. We’d strongly recommend it.

We loved every moment of our stay. The breakfast was great, and everyone was so lovely. The place is also within walking distance of Solar, which made the location amazing. We can’t wait to come back in September.

Since we were flying out later on our last day, the staff kindly arranged a later checkout that worked with our departure time. They were quick to answer questions and very accommodating with our requests. They also provided a cot for our baby. We visited in late April 2025 for a wedding nearby, and the location was handy, within walking distance of the venue. Our family got two apartments next to each other. The grounds and views are picturesque and clearly well maintained, and breakfast had a lovely selection with a homemade feel. A really nice stay for our family.

We had such a good time here with family and friends. The staff were all friendly and did everything they could to make the stay comfortable. They work closely with nearby venues, so we didn't have to worry about anything. Breakfast was amazing too.

From 22nd May to 27 May 2024, our family and friends stayed at Quinta do Burgo for our son's wedding, held next door at the beautiful Solar da Levada. The staff were welcoming and so friendly, and they made us feel looked after. Breakfast was lovely, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. The rooms in both parts of the hotel were clean and comfortable. We'd happily recommend staying here.
