The grounds are lovely, with gardens, little ponds, winding paths, wooden bridges, and historic buildings. It’s quiet and tucked away, and the fireplace near the entrance gives the place a welcoming feel. The staff were professional and did their best to help. I came mainly for the Termas, though, and found that area very disappointing and badly dated. I hope they modernize it, but I wouldn’t recommend the thermal facilities as they are now.

Karina made us feel at home straight away. We’d had to leave a nearby hotel because it had no AC, and she was helpful and professional when we explained what happened. She showed us the rooms before we booked, explained how the AC worked, and made sure we felt comfortable with our choice. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the wooded grounds are beautiful. We were so glad to find Hotel Termas, and grateful to Karina for helping us out.

We planned to stay just one night, but extended twice because we weren’t ready to leave. The park and its large lake make the already quiet place feel especially peaceful, and the surrounding nature is lovely. Inside, our room and the rest of the hotel were exceptionally clean. The team seemed to look after everything with care, and everyone was friendly and ready to answer questions. It’s a cozy place where time seems to slow down.

I came for the couple massage, and found the staff friendly. The gardens must have been beautiful once, and they still have a romantic feel. The facilities seem largely untouched by time, but the place is peaceful and serene.
