We really enjoyed the jacuzzi, the view, and the outdoor BBQ area. The kitchen was roomy and nice, and the appliances and washing machine were great. Wi-Fi worked perfectly too. The beds were quite hard, though, and the house lighting was very dim with an odd cold white color. There’s also no insulation in the bedrooms. For summer, I’d definitely recommend it, but less so in winter. Still, it was a great stay for the price.

The pool was the best part of our week here with friends, and the house has everything we needed. It sits high in the mountains, with fantastic views. We walked the roughly 4.5 km down small roads to Calheta beach once, then got a ride back. The house is noisy, and the downstairs bathroom could be more comfortable, though it was okay. Cats visit from time to time, which animal lovers will appreciate. The host was very friendly and everything was easy.
