The outdoor area deserves five stars. It was pleasant, well cared for, and a lovely place to relax. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, and in good condition, so our stay was positive overall. Sr. Luís was also very helpful and available whenever we needed something.

The host, Sr. Luís, was friendly and always available whenever I contacted him, and the directions and access information were very clear. The apartment layout is handy for families with children, since parents can keep an eye on them at the pool or trampoline. The outdoor space is pleasant too. One thing to know is that, despite being listed as a hotel online, this is a rental of apartments, not an aparthotel. There is no room service, and toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, and toilet paper are supplied only on the first day, so come prepared. Also, getting a long list of detailed rules before even entering the complex felt unpleasant. Rules are fine, but this went too far, even explaining which products not to put in the fridge. All the prohibitions made us feel unwelcome at the start.

The place itself works very well for families, but the host came across as arrogant and overbearing. One night, people staying with me were yelled at from the owner's apartment and told to be quiet at 23:50, even though the accommodation rules clearly said noise was prohibited only from midnight. The walls are covered in signs listing rules and bans, which felt very undignified, as if guests were being treated like animals. I won't stay here again.

The outdoor space is the only thing that saves this place. The welcome for guests was awful. The sheets weren't changed, and mine had semen stains and other marks I couldn't identify. The kitchen didn't have enough utensils, and some were poor quality, damaged, or in bad condition. The owner lives on the property, so we felt watched all the time. He was rude and abrupt with guests, to the point that we had to whisper so we wouldn't bother him. The supposed games room was almost unusable: you have to pay to play, and some of the other games were incomplete. The jacuzzi and waterfall didn't work. The trampoline was covered in rubbish that flew up when we jumped. The advertised check-in at 15:00 and check-out at 12:00 didn't match the actual times, which were 17:00 and 09:00. There were many more demands, rules, and duties than rights for guests. The internet kept cutting out, with the excuse that the router had burned out. The lights weren't turned on at night, so the children were playing in the dark. The entrance gates for the property and individual apartments didn't always work, and I nearly got stuck outside. As I said, the outdoor area was the one saving grace.
