BeSmart Residence

The shared kitchen is roomy and has plenty of equipment, with several fridges, microwaves, and even an oven. We wanted to cook, but basic things like oil, spices, baking paper, and some kitchen utensils were missing. A few extras would make it much better for cooking. BeSmart Residence Aveiro is modern, clean, and well looked after. The city center is only a few minutes away on foot, while the apartment itself was pleasantly quiet. The landlady was friendly, and communication with her was easy and pleasant. There’s free public parking nearby, but you have to walk a little. We weren’t told about this beforehand. It didn’t cause a big problem for us, though a heads-up would’ve made arrival easier. A very pleasant place in a superb location, ideal for a city trip. With more basic kitchen supplies, it’d be close to perfect.

Someone was there to welcome us, which was nice. Just remember to check in before you arrive, since that’s when they give you the entry code and apartment number. The location is very good. It can be noisy, though, because the wooden doors don’t block sound. A little felt in the door frame might soften the noise when they shut.

Great for students looking for quality service close to the university. The kitchen is well equipped and the decor is nice. Comfortable rooms and beds, modern spacious bathrooms, and the patio is definitely a bonus!

We had a great stay. The place was clean and very well located, and I’d happily recommend it. You might even get lucky and find parking right outside.
