The pool area is lovely, but the rooms and apartments need more upkeep. Some apartment doors don't lock, and the swollen bathroom doors either won't shut properly or get stuck so you can't open them again. The mattresses and pillows are very uncomfortable. The shared kitchen area has a roof but still floods when it rains. There's also a cat wandering around, so leaving food there isn't safe because it will take it. The facilities need improvement.

I stayed for 8 days and had a really good time. The place was clean, spacious, pleasant, and very quiet, though a bit far from shops. The only nuisance was a cat that kept coming by to ask for food. Do visit.

The staff were so friendly. It was pouring when we arrived, and someone was waiting for us with an umbrella. The bathroom had a little dampness, but nothing too serious. One thing to watch out for: I missed a turn, and the GPS sent me along an alternative route that my car couldn't fit through. With all that rain and poor visibility, I scratched the car while turning around. If a road looks suspicious, don't risk it. It gets narrower the farther you go.

The first day, 2 were taken for a double room, and the fridge was shared with another room. The bathroom was acceptable, but this doesn't deserve 5 stars. Hygiene could be better. The decor is lovely, and the place itself is very pleasant, with a beautiful pool, well-kept lawn and no overlooking neighbors. The paved courtyard, electric gate and parking are nice, and it gets perfect sunshine in a pleasant setting. But I've worked in 5-star hotels in Paris, and this really isn't at that level. The beds weren't made, the room wasn't tidied, towels weren't changed, and the ashtray outside wasn't emptied. It took 30 min to get hot water. For me, that is worth only 2 stars. The bed itself is good, but nothing was ready for a 5-star stay, and even on the 3rd night this kind of accommodation still wasn't right. I won't recommend it. Arriving to find the beds unmade is already a major problem, and the organization and cleanliness are lacking.
