Good stay, good people, and a really clean place! Absolutely.

The outdoor area was pleasant and well kept, and I appreciated how kind and available the hosts were. They also arranged accommodation for our whole family across four houses, which made things much easier for us. The houses themselves disappointed me, though. They’re old and need renovation to be more comfortable. The kitchen was very old and sparsely equipped, with no tablecloth or washing machine. We were given just one kitchen cloth, and it got soaked quickly. The bathroom was another problem. The shower tray was old, with very slippery tiles that nearly made my son fall twice. There was also a constant sewer smell spreading through the house. Given the price, I think the houses need improvements so guests can have better conditions and comfort.

Our stay was awful, probably the worst possible. We only had 30 minutes in the afternoon before heading out to a wedding. When we returned in the early morning, the room was full of ants, including the bed. After we asked several times for a refund, Petra said we wouldn’t get back the cost of one night with breakfast that we hadn’t used, because we’d left a negative review. I absolutely don’t recommend this place. Horrible.

Three nights before my wedding in Barreiro, the accommodation where I was supposed to get ready and leave for the church was cancelled. You can imagine how frustrated I was. Then God the Father sent me an angel named Pietra. In the middle of summer, she welcomed me to Vila Natura in an emergency and was so calm and patient. Sometimes the dedication people bring to their work matters more than owning the place. Wishing the whole Vila Natura family continued success, and thank you. Bride Dina

We picked this place for one night because it was close to a wedding venue, but I thought the value for money was very poor. There was no Wi-Fi or napkins, and no bath mat for the makeshift shower, which looked unfinished. The walls were very rustic, since these are rented annexes. There were no blinds or blackout curtains to help us sleep, and instead of AC there was a standing fan. The furniture was old and a bit neglected. The mattress was very good and the bedding was clean. Breakfast was left at the door the night before, which didn’t make sense to me. They don’t allow cancellations, so I didn’t cancel, but we found hotels with more facilities for the same price. I personally didn’t like it and don’t recommend it.
