Villa Batalha

I thought my earphones were gone for good, but the team found them, kept in touch, and sent them back quickly. Their messages were so polite, caring, and helpful, and I’m really grateful for the support. We stayed here on vacation, and everything was perfect, from the hotel and service to the team and atmosphere. You can tell they really care about their guests. Highly recommended for both the stay and the outstanding service ❤️

The hotel is clean and conveniently placed for walking to the grocery store, local Mercado, Batalha Monastery, and most nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions. There’s plenty of parking at the hotel or across the street. The beds are comfortable and a good size, and the rooms come with a mini fridge and lots of closet space. The bathrooms are large, with walk-in showers.

Zara and Carina at reception made a great impression with their professionalism and genuinely welcoming manner. They went out of their way to help me find the place I was looking for in Leiria and suggested ways to get there. The service was excellent. The newly built building is still in perfect condition and has a simple, practical design. Our room was well laid out for a disabled person, which made the stay very comfortable for my mother and me. I also liked the range of breakfast options, and the food was fresh and tasted good. I’d book here again if I return to Batalha, Portugal, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting this part of the country.

I had a lovely two-day, two-night stay with breakfast and spa access. The service was amazing, and the receptionists were always ready to help. I liked the restaurant’s good breakfast and the bar, which serves food, snacks, and cocktails until late. The hotel has its own parking, including a spot for charging an electric car. It’s a very quiet location, yet super close to the monastery and town restaurants.
