Belmonte is such a peaceful, lovely place to reconnect with nature and feel serene, and this stay did me a world of good. Paula is adorable, warm, and kind. Her apartment is lovely, very clean, and in an ideal location. I highly recommend staying with Paula if you’re in Belmonte. I’ll definitely be back.

The owner is lovely, and the kitchen has everything you might need. This place is fantastic, practically an apartment, all stone, so I imagine it must stay incredibly cool in summer. There’s parking right next to the castle.

The bedroom is really pretty, and the kitchen has everything needed. The owners are artisans, with lovely work in the shop next to the house. The little wool blankets on the bed and sofa are great, and the stone walls suit the wonderful village where the house is. It’s worth a visit. The welcome is very warm, though the bathroom gets quite cold and I missed having more light, both a ceiling light in the bathroom and stronger bulbs by the entrance. The house’s electrical capacity also can’t handle many appliances running at once.

Jesus, the attendant is rude and ill-mannered. I hadn’t even gone into the shop before she kicked me out 🤣🤣, never seen anything like that in my life.
