The pool is great, access is good, and Hélder is a wonderful, attentive person. Otherwise, everything was impeccable, and I'd recommend the place and come back. The house and grounds do need more thorough maintenance, though. Some furniture has clearly been replaced, but other pieces show a lot of wear, and the beds are very noisy.

You'll need a car for everything here. It's very, very quiet, with no bars, restaurants, shops or anything else nearby. The house itself is fine, but there's no washing machine, the dishwasher didn't work, and the fridge barely kept things cool. With the extreme summer heat, I think this place would be better in winter.

Looking up at the night sky was magnificent, but after a while the house felt like a bit of a snooze. I know it's meant to be a place to relax, but there was so much room that I think they could add a little more entertainment. We spent about five days here with friends. The house was quite large, with a bathroom for each of us, but the pool could have been better cared for. Our freezer took two and a half days to make ice, and drinks in the fridge never got very cold. As for Wi-Fi, we couldn't find any, and getting a mobile signal could be difficult too.

The house was clean and the view was lovely. It's very quiet, so it's a good place to rest if you're used to somewhere busy. With five bedrooms, though, the living room and kitchen felt small.
