The lobby is stylish and comfortable, with hot drinks available free around the clock. I also appreciated getting the quiet room I requested, room 217. It was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and the staff were consistently kind and ready to help. The one drawback was the very steep entrance to the indoor parking, which could be tricky for some cars or drivers.

I stayed here on a business trip for the first time and thought it was very good value. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooms have plenty of space and large king-size beds. Even the little toiletries are good quality. The bath towels are bigger and thicker than those at other lower-priced hotels nearby.

The service was very nice, and breakfast was tasty. A clean, cozy hotel with fair prices.

I’m here for a conference at Universisade de Minho, so the location works perfectly. The staff are really friendly and helpful, with just the right amount of fuss. The bed is huge, at least by UK standards, and the AC is much appreciated in this heat wave.

Breakfast was wonderful, and Ana at the reception desk was so kind and lovely. Thanks for everything, I really love this hotel.
