We slept so well here, thanks to a really comfortable bed and a quiet room. Breakfast had plenty of fresh choices and everything was good quality. The staff were kind and attentive, and made us feel welcome. The hotel itself is modern, bright, and thoughtfully designed. We also had a delicious lunch at the restaurant, then cocktails at the bar, mixed just right and served with a smile. We’d happily stay again when we’re in Braga.

The breakfast was fine, just nothing memorable. The beds were very comfortable, and the modern decor is tasteful. It’s also handy to have a spa and outdoor pool, but the saunas are small and dim, and cleanliness in the spa could be better. The website doesn’t make it clear which rooms include spa access. Parking at the hotel costs 15 euros a day, while underground parking outside is 20 euros. Reception was a real frustration. Our slippers and robes were missing, so we called several times because we needed them to use the spa, but nobody answered. I went downstairs to find a queue of more than 15 people. When I finally asked for robes, I was told to return to my room and wait for someone to bring them. There was no apology for the missing items or the hassle. Please answer the phone, that took far too much time. It’s still a good option in a convenient central location, but at this price I expected a lot more.

Breakfast at ConverDIDAS was one of the best parts of my stay. There was plenty of variety and the quality was excellent. Maitre d’hôtel Jaquline set a lovely tone each morning, and she and her waiters were professional, warm, and smiling. I was at INNSiDE by Meliá Braga from September 25 to 28, 2025. The rooms were spotless, fresh, nicely decorated, and comfortable, with thoughtful details that made it easy to relax. The hotel is downtown, close enough to walk to major sights, shops, and restaurants. Its common spaces feel stylish but welcoming, and the property is well kept. There’s a good gym, sauna, and indoor and outdoor pools, suitable for a business or leisure trip. The facilities, location, and service made for a very comfortable stay. I’d recommend it for a visit to Braga and would be glad to return.

I spent four wonderful nights here and would gladly come back next time I’m in Braga. The rooms were comfortable and notably clean, and the welcome and facilities were lovely. Special thanks to the helpful, friendly front desk team.
