We had a lovely week at Villa Goncalo. The house gets plenty of light through its large windows, and the living room sofa was comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, too. Outside, there are several places to sit, with options for sun or shade. Our host welcomed us warmly and showed us around both the house and the area. The bed was comfortable with a good mattress topper; the bathroom is small but pleasant, and the shower is great. Nelson was quick to reply to messages and speaks English. We'd love to return sometime.

The house has very good facilities, and Nelson was always helpful. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that there was a party in Nadadouro, and the neighbor's dogs across the way go wild with the noise and bark even more at night. Aside from that, everything was good.

Nelson treated us impeccably, five stars. My family and I really enjoyed staying there, and we'd recommend it. It's a quiet, cosy and safe house, well suited to anyone looking for both beach and countryside. Without a doubt, one of the best places to stay with family.
