The hosts made us feel so welcome during our 12 days there. They were thoughtful and helpful, even arranging an early breakfast for our whale-watching activity and helping us with the trip. The place was clean and comfortable, and Quinta dos Bravos is well placed for reaching anywhere on the island in under an hour. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend it.

Paulo and Irena looked after us so well during our almost-week-long stay, and we felt welcome from the start. We loved the homemade cake at breakfast each morning. The house and garden are beautifully laid out and decorated, with an outdoor pool, a nice garden terrace and a lovely fireplace inside. Our room also had its own balcony. We had a great time at Quinta dos Bravos and would happily recommend it. We'll be back!

The rooms were a bit of a letdown: sound carried so much that we could hear neighbors in the hallway, flushing the toilet and showering, and there wasn't much room for our clothes. Still, we had a good stay at Quinta dos Bravos. The location made it easy to get around the island, and the owner was very friendly and helpful with hiking ideas, booking a trip and advice on what to avoid. Breakfast came with the stay and was alright.

The owners made us feel truly welcome, with their warmth and attentiveness, and were always happy to help with excursion tips, restaurant suggestions and little questions. The accommodation itself was beautiful and had everything we needed. We’d absolutely recommend staying here and would return anytime. Thanks for a wonderful time in the Azores!

Such a cozy, luxurious place, and the welcome was incredibly warm. Paulo was a fabulous host who helped with whatever we needed. Breakfast was great, and he even went out to get gluten-free breakfast especially for us. This place is a real treasure. Thank you so much!
