This is a residential building, not a local lodging property. Guests sometimes arrive in the early hours and chat out on the open balcony, keeping the neighbors awake. The host hasn’t dealt with the problem, and vacationers can end up talking there late into the night.

The apartment itself is fine, but the view is of a crane repair yard. There’s a lot of traffic noise, and dogs bark from morning until night. Sitting out on the balcony probably won’t suit anyone sensitive to noise.
