We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome gifts, and spent time using the big grill on the terrace. The house was peaceful, with plenty of space and well-arranged rooms. The living room felt cozy and was nicely furnished, while the kitchen and bathrooms were spacious and had the essentials. Outside, there’s a lovely little garden and a clean pool with enough room for a few laps. The villa sits on a fantastic hillside spot with a wonderful sea view, stretching from the terrace all the way to Funchal. The bathroom and kitchen furniture is a little dated and worn, though it didn’t bother us. We’d happily stay here for another holiday.
